Our gym gives you everything to get fit and have fun! With a mixture or strength, muscle endurance and cardio exercises over 12 rounds using a mixture of free weights, cardio machines, a sledge track, boxing bags, pad work and a one-on-one coach, we will give you everything you need to achieve your goals. Each station has a TV screen to show you how to do the 2 exercises correctly and you will also have a coach working the floor to assist
